I’ve seen comments from contractors and heard from clients that it’s not possible to sand down Prefinished flooring because of all the layers of tough Aluminum Oxide finish, well that’s just not true. It does take a different approach with some diamonds and crazy orange sand paper to do it efficiently but it can be done.
